Josefina Klinger Zúñiga is a Colombian social entrepreneur and the founder of Mano Cambiada, a nonprofit organization that aims to empower women living in poverty. Josefina started the organization in 2005 with the goal of providing women with the resources and support they need to become financially independent.

Through Mano Cambiada, Josefina and her team offer a range of programs and services, including vocational training, microcredit loans, and mentorship. The organization also operates a fair trade store that sells handmade crafts and products made by the women they serve.

One outstanding example of Josefina’s work with Mano Cambiada is their “Women for Change” program. This initiative provides training and resources to women living in rural areas, helping them to start their own businesses and become financially self-sufficient.
