At the same time, the modern lifestyle has led to an increase in life expectancy, accompanied by a growing prevalence of age-related diseases such as heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and cognitive impairment. This has added to the burden of caring for the elderly, which falls upon families, communities, and the government. The challenge lies in extending the lifespan of individuals while maintaining their quality of life and ensuring equal access to healthcare services.
